    摘要:

    起落架收放系统的性能对整机的安全性和舒适性具有直接影响。以国产在研某型飞机起落架收放系统为研究对象,为了验证起落架收放机构的收放性能,建立了该型飞机起落架收放机构的数学模型,采用了LMS Virtual.Lab Rev的Motion模块和LMS Imagine.Lab AMESim进行起落架机构三维和起落架液压控制系统一维联合仿真,为系统方案设计提供参考。仿真结果表明:采用理论计算数值能够实现起落架在有限时间里的收放任务,考虑了气动载荷情况的仿真结果符合实际趋势,可以为设计提供参考,此外, 利用该联合仿真模型研究了上位锁阻尼参数对起落架收放性能的影响, 指出上位锁阻尼可作为优化设计的优先选取参数, 为该型飞机起落架收放性能的进一步优化提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The performance of landing gear extension/retraction system is of direct influence of safety and comfortable of aircraft. A landing gear extension/retraction system of certain domestic plane is taken as study object. To test the performance of the retraction/extension mechanism of a landing gear of a certain aircraft, the mathematic model of the retraction/extension mechanism is presented, and it's performance simulation is based on the 3D model of the landing gear and the 1D model of the hydraulic control system by LMS Imagine.Lab AMESim and LMS Virtual.Lab Rev的Motion software. The result shows that this retraction/extension mechanism with theoretical values can complete its extending-and-retracting task during a limited time. The simulation results which consider aerodynamic load are in good agreement with actual trend and can be as a design reference. Besides, with the help of the co-simulation model, the influence of the parameters of the uplock damping on the extension/retraction performance is studied, and it is suggested that the parameters of the uplock damping are prior selection during the extension/retraction optimization progress can be as reference of the optimization design.
