    Abstract:

    The pulse signal is an important basic parameter in metrology support for aviation equipments,and the calibration device of oscilloscope calibrator is an important standard for measuring the rise time of pulse signal. This paper introduces the composition of the measurement standard for OsciIloscope calibrator,analyzes the measurement method of high speed pulse rise time,and evaluates the uncertainty of the measurement results. In this paper,the uncertainty analysis of the pulse rise time can be used as a reference for compiling the measurement standard report and uncertainty analysis of osciIloscope calibrator in aviation test and calibration.
